Engagement begins when a complaint is converted into a case and the Letter of Authorization is digitally signed via Aadhaar OTP e-Sign (12-month validity).

SafeNetIndia acts through lawful channels only: platform grievance mechanisms, the Grievance Appellate Committee, legal notices and courts. Outcomes depend on platform and judicial responses; we commit to process, documentation and escalation discipline.

Fees are as quoted per case with 18% GST. A GST invoice is issued automatically for every payment.
