Refund Policy

If we have not begun execution on your case (no platform complaint filed, no notice drafted), you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment.

Once execution begins, fees for completed stages are non-refundable; unused stage fees may be refunded at SafeNetIndia's discretion after SuperAdmin review.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days.
